DACH and CEE’s fastest-growing healthtech startups by revenue

Germany’s healthtech scene seems to be having a moment. Seven of the eight healthtechs on the Sifted 100, — which ranks the tech companies in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Central and Eastern Europe with the strongest revenue growth in the region over the past three financial years — call Deutschland home.

Since the start of 2025, German healthtechs have raised nearly €523m, according to Sifted data — more than a third of which came from Berlin-based medical knowledge platform Amboss’s €240m raise in March. That’s just shy of the €690m raised by healthtechs from all the other countries on the list combined.

In particular, digital health companies are seeing strong growth — and despite the buzz around the sector, there is only one startup which describes itself as longevity focused.
