Designing and selling inclusive products allows more people to use them, increasing the potential scalability and profitability of a startup. But how do you go about building inclusive products?

For the second episode of The Inclusive Startup Playbook, our new podcast, in collaboration with Morgan Stanley Inclusive Ventures Lab, we turn to the following for their insights: Dora Palfi, cofounder and CEO of imagi, a coding platform designed to help anyone code, Hannah Samano, founder and CEO at Unfabled, a consumer health platform providing women with curated and personalised solutions, and Simon Schwall, cofounder and CEO at OKO, an insurtech which is using satellite imagery and weather forecasting to simplify and automise claim management in order to create crop insurance for smallholder farms.

We chat about why inclusive products are important, how you can understand the needs of your users, which tools product managers can use to build inclusive products and, all importantly, how to ensure you're not playing into stereotypes.
